We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once delivered, as these are intimate wear items.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart, product description, and design selection before placing your order.

We offer free replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong size/design/item)

How to request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
